Debris Monitoring Request for Services
The Town of Kiawah Island, a political subdivision of the State of South Carolina (hereinafter "Town of Kiawah Island" or the "Town") will receive proposals from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina, for the purpose of providing Debris Monitoring.
The Town of Kiawah Island requires professional consultant to monitor the operations of the debris removal contractor to ensure that work is being performed as required by the contract and as prescribed under the FEMA-325 Debris Management Guide. The responsibilities of the monitoring contractor are to 1) monitor debris clean up operations, 2) collect and compile debris clean up data, and 3) document observed areas needing maintenance repairs.
TIME AND DATE DUE: Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2008 at which time they will be publicly opened. All interested parties are invited to attend this opening.
