Request for Proposals: Residential and Commercial Solid Waste and Recycling Services

The Town of Kiawah Island requests proposals to obtain proposals from interested and qualified Companies to provide Residential and Commercial Solid Waste and Recycling Services on Kiawah Island, SC 29455. The successful bidder shall provide all necessary services as outlined in the RFP Bid Package documents. The complete RFP BID PACKAGE and SUBMITTAL FORMS may be obtained at www.kiawahisland.org.

There will be a “Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting” on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Town of Kiawah Island Municipal Center, 4475 Betsy Kerrison Parkway, Kiawah Island, SC 29455, at 1:00 pm.

Complete proposals must be mailed or delivered to Town Hall in a sealed envelope marked “RFP – Solid Waste Collection Program” by 2:00pm on Friday, September 29, 2023 to: Petra Reynolds, Town Clerk, Town of Kiawah Island, 4475 Betsy Kerrison Parkway, Kiawah Island, SC 29455.
